Some quick updates/information:

Food is still being provided at CCHS from 8:30 am-11 am every weekday. For more information or to offer a financial donation, please use this link: https://www.concordps.org/food-and-nutrition-services/.
Given these difficult times, please know that you can reach out to the administrators and counselors. They are working closely with a number of local agencies and are happy to make those connections for you.
The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education asked that the schools share information about the 2020 census.
Census invitations have been sent to all residences, and families can respond online in 13 languages. Everyone who does not respond online will eventually receive a paper form in English and Spanish from the Census Bureau. (More information for parents is here.) In addition, online Statistics in Schools educational resources are available to use with students at home. An accurate count is vital in order to help our schools get needed resources.

Just Bought Toilet Paper? Check the package for a box top logo!!
One benefit of the box tops program doing digital is that one can participate in this free fundraiser even when the school is closed. If any of your recent purchases have a logo on them that says “no more clipping – scan your receipt” you can get those box tops credited to your child’s classroom right from home. Just follow the steps in this 2-minute video or this written instruction sheet within 14 days of purchase. If you see a box top logo with a dotted line around it and the words “official coupon,” clip it out the good old fashioned way and save it for when school starts up again. Don’t worry about any expiration dates – your class will get credit in the contest even for expired clips. Keep calm and clip on! Thanks everyone.
New, CCM’s Distance Learning Program
The Concord Conservatory of Music (CCM) is offering private instruction for our current students using our Distance Learning Program. It is now accepting new students to study online. The talented CCM faculty are already successfully teaching lessons online with creative and innovative approaches that make the Distance Learning Program a dynamic experience. When the school discontinues Distance Learning, all students will resume their lessons and group classes at our building for the remaining weeks of the semester. If you would like to learn more about private instruction, complete the New Student Lesson Inquiry Form at https://concordconservatory.asapconnected.com/#PrivateLessons.
Mindfulness for Our Community
On the Mat Yoga studio in Concord is offering a 20 dollar subscription to students for weekly online yoga classes, some recorded and we are launching live classes as well.
Never have we needed yoga more!
Here is a kids yoga resource link provided by Tara Jones who is not offering online yoga right now but her colleague is.
