Mindfulness Parenting Workshop: Tuesday, March 5th at CCHS

Our lives are busy, scheduled, and hectic! It’s easy to feel disconnected and get burned out when being pulled in so many directions. Kids feel that way too! Mindfulness practices are tools that anyone can access within themselves to feel more connected, present and calm in any circumstance (almost any).

Attend the Mindfulness Parenting Workshop this Tuesday March 5th at CCHS, 7-9pm.  It will be given by Ivy Child International http://ivychild.org an organization that provides mindfulness education to the community and was founded by our very own Thoreau parent, Rose Pavlov. This workshop is FREE. When you feel connected everyone around you is happier.
