PTG Co-Presidents’ Message and News

We hope that everyone is getting a chance to get outside and take advantage of this gorgeous weather! And for those of you that are allergy sufferers, we hope that you are hanging in there and finding the relief you need.

Please join us for our PTG meeting this Friday, May 21st at 9:30am. Mrs. Charles always kicks off the meeting with a “Principal’s Welcome”, and she will be happy to answer your questions that you may have following Governor Baker’s re-opening announcement on Monday. Also, we will be doing the raffle drawing for the grand prize for those who have contributed towards the Annual Appeal this school year. A reminder that the prize is a Kindle paperwhite waterproof and gift certificates to both Fiorella’s and the Dotted I valued at $50 each. Tonight is the last night to contribute and be eligible for the drawing. Thank you again to those who have contributed! We can bring awesome programming to our children thanks to your generosity! It really does “take a village”!

Lastly, we are still looking for more parents to join us on the PTG next year. We’ve had a few people reach out and express interest (thank you!), but we still need more involvement. As of the publishing time of this newsletter we have the following openings on the board: Co-President, Vice President, Secretary, Fundraising Chair(s), and Health and Wellness Chair(s). For Committee Chairs, we currently have openings for: Used Book Fair, and the Road Race. Please reach out to Danielle ( or Evy ( with any questions or if you have interest in one of these rewarding opportunities.

Upcoming Events:
May 21st – PTG meeting @9:30am (everyone welcome)
May 28th – Professional Development Day – no school
May 31st – Memorial Day – no school
